Making A Brain Injury Claim

If you have suffered any kind of head injury then it is important to seek medical attention as soon as you can. Even if it appears you have a minor injury, getting medical advice as soon as possible could be imperative to your recovery.

The effects of a brain injury vary greatly; in serious cases, you will have been admitted to hospital and may need 24-hour care. You may have had to pay for rehabilitation costs and it is likely you have been unable to work as a result.

Claiming Compensation For A Brain Injury With Jefferies Solicitors

In order for your claim to be successful, it must be clearly demonstrated that the fault of your accident has been down to someone else’s fault. This could be your employer who did not carry out its duty of care to you; clinical negligence from a medical professional; or because you have fallen from a height or tripped over while at work or in a public place.
